Only a person living with obesity can understand the challenges, this disease presents to their mental health, physical health and spiritual health. We have failed to understand what drives weight gain and why it is so hard for many of us to lose weight and even harder to keep it off long term.

Phase 1
We begin by understanding your goals and designing a weight loss program that is supported by the right medication, referrals and counselling to help you lose weight quickly and effectively.
Phase 2
This phase is where we implement the plan and make sure it's working effectively. This usually involves regular catch-ups via telehealth, to check in on how you're doing and make any necessary adjustments to your medication and or treatment plan. We will be your biggest cheer squad as we support you to meet your weight loss goals.
Phase 3
Now that you have made the commitment to a healthier lifestyle, it is important to focus on maintaining your new weight. In this phase, we will provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to successfully keep the weight off in the long run.
