It is the responsibility of the patient to give minimum 24 hours notice to cancel their appointment. Cancelations outside of 24 hours will incur a fee equal to the scheduled appointment fee.

 

Elite Weight Loss Solutions will send you a reminder of your appt - it is the responsibility of the patient to confirm their appt, via sms. 

 

Unconfirmed appts will be canceled and will be charged at the full scheduled appointment fee.
